During my hiatus last year, I was living in a convent in Italy, hosted by Carmelite nuns. There I prayed, journaled, and thought about what my career as an astrologer means. I continued to wonder how to consolidate my life as an astrologer with my faith. What a Jupiter opposition.
In retrospect, I was in aspirancy, the first step of becoming a nun! One Sister, from Egypt, called me “aspirante”. I was flattered until I realized she was simply making an observation.
I spoke with my buddy God-Lover Kyle from I Need God in Every Moment of my Life on the God Cast once again about my experience living in the convent, and how astrology fits into the context of Catholicism. Listen to the Podcast here and support I Need God on their Patreon.
