For the full moon, I’m offering a new worksheet to get you to engage with the circular timeline of life’s narratives. Astrology in action, baby.
It’s a full moon in Capricorn for the second time since the summer solstice. Pluto is in Aquarius, but this full moon is at the very last degree of Capricorn, making an “out of sign conjunction” with Pluto in Aquarius.
In the branch of astrology called evolutionary astrology, Pluto and the degree 180º opposite signify the evolution of the soul. Evolutionary astrologers often talk about past lives. I’m not an evolutionary astrologer, but I did try past life regression hypnosis yesterday, which made me realize that this full moon is indeed conjunct Pluto.
Do I believe in past lives? I have a Catholic take on past lives, but you have to take me out for dinner first. We come from somewhere, our genes have roots. In astrology consultations, I usually steer clear of the woo, describing past lives (a phrase that pops up when interpreting lunar nodes) as the past lives within this lifetime, the person that you once were.
This is a delineation that checks out with my experience, as eclipses and nodal transits tend to bring up deep cuts and relationships from lives that I lived 16+ years ago.
Today I will host a trial run of a (potentially monthly) workshop for a few of my peers. During the workshop, we will work on a worksheet I made. The worksheet aligns life events, emotional and material, with the cycles of the moon. It deconstructs and constructs narratives.
Taking cues from “narrative therapy”, this worksheet engages with the circular timeline of life’s narratives. With enough practice facilitating workshops using this method, I think this can grow into a collective experience. The moon is, after all, the masses.
As a little full moon gift to paying subscribers, I’m passing along a pdf of the worksheet to you, sitting at the bottom of this blog post. It’s possible to work on it digitally, with any pdf editor, but you can also print it out and get creative and wild. Vibe out.
Have a great weekend, stay risky, and thanks for your support!
